Booking and Reservation	To guarantee bookings made via telephone or email, reservation fees must be made within 48 hours. Reservation fees are 50% of your total qouted bill. Kindly send us a copy of your deposit slip via email or inform us thru text messaging or phonecall once payment has been made. Remaining balance must be paid in full upon check-in.
Cancellation	1. For lean seasons (June-January), bookings may be cancelled for a full refund before 2pm, 2 days prior to arrival. Later cancellations or no-show will be charged half the amount of downpayment made. 2. For peak seasons (February-May), bookings may be cancelled for a full refund two (2) weeks prior to arrival. Later cancellations or no-show will mean forfeiting of downpayment. 3. Promotional, seasonal, all inclusive and advance rates are non refundable and non transferable in the event of cancellation.
Food & Beverage	One-time corkage fee of php50 per head (regular-lean) or php100 (peak season)
Pets are allowed	Kindly inform management upon reservation if you will bring your pets with you. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when in public areas of the resort. Any damage or soiling caused by the pet(s) will incur an additional housekeeping charge.
Non-smoking rooms	Evidence of smoking in rooms will incur a php500.00 fine on your account. Smoking areas are provided within the resort.
Security	For security purposes, we require all checked-in guests to deposit any valid identification card during their stay, to be returned upon check-out. Public areas of the resort are protected by CCTV cameras at all times as precautionary measures.
